Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego has launched another call for applications under Measure 3.01 Green Loan. From October 24, 2025 to January 8, 2026, entrepreneurs can apply for support for investments in energy efficiency and green transformation.
Who is the program for?
The call FENG.03.01-IP.03-004/24 is addressed to a wide range of entrepreneurs operating throughout Poland. The following can apply for support:
- micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),
- small mid-cap companies,
- mid-cap companies.
What investments can receive support?
The program offers financing for projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of enterprises. Under the call, investments can be implemented related to:
- energy savings and thermal modernization of buildings,
- replacement of energy sources with more ecological ones,
- modernization of equipment, installations or technological lines to more energy-efficient ones.
Eligible expenses
Funding can cover the following cost categories:
- acquisition of fixed assets,
- construction works and materials,
- intangible assets (patents, licenses, know-how and other intellectual property rights),
- studies, expert opinions, concepts and technical designs prepared by external consultants.
Amount of support
One of the program’s advantages is financing flexibility adapted to the needs of different enterprises:
- Funding level: from 15% to 80% of eligible costs (depending on the type of expenditure, company size and investment location),
- Minimum value of eligible expenditure: PLN 2 million,
- Maximum value of eligible expenditure: equivalent of EUR 50 million.
Public support takes the form of an ecological premium – a refund of the capital portion of the green loan intended to cover eligible costs incurred by the beneficiary for the implementation of the investment.
How and when to submit an application?
Applications must be submitted only in electronic form through the Application Generator available on the European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027 (FENG) program website.
Call period: from October 24, 2025 to January 8, 2026 until 4:00 PM.

Summary
The Green Loan is an opportunity for Polish entrepreneurs to modernize their operations in accordance with sustainable development principles. The program combines financial support with environmental requirements, enabling companies not only to reduce operational costs related to energy, but also to strengthen their competitiveness through investments in modern, energy-efficient technologies.
The measure is funded by the European Funds for Modern Economy Program 2021-2027. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego acts as the Intermediate Body for Measure 3.01 Green Loan.
