0% Loan up to 75,000 PLN for Training and Courses
Within the framework of the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027, an innovative financial instrument has been created to finance, among others, training and professional courses.
Who Can Benefit from the Program?
The loan is available to all adult natural persons residing in Poland, regardless of:
- Place of origin
- Gender
- Labor market status (employed, unemployed, self-employed persons)
Financial Parameters of the Loan
Amount of Support
- Maximum amount: 75,000 PLN
- Possibility of multiple use until reaching the limit
- Interest rate: 0% for the entire repayment period
- No fees for granting and timely servicing
Repayment Terms
- Maximum repayment period: 36 months
- Grace period: up to 6 months from fund disbursement
- Installments: equal, monthly
- Possibility of early repayment without additional fees
Financing Scope
Eligible Forms of Education
The loan can finance a wide range of educational activities:
- Postgraduate studies
- Professional courses
- Specialized training
- Other forms of education lasting a maximum of 36 months
Exception: The program does not finance first, second, third degree studies or unified master’s studies.
Limitations
- The loan cannot be used to refinance already completed education
- Cannot be combined with other public financing sources (avoiding double financing)
- Only education costs are financed, not additional expenses such as travel or materials
Attractive Forgiveness System
The program provides the possibility of forgiving up to 50% of the loan value when specific conditions are met:
Forgiveness for Completion (25%)
For positive completion of the financed form of education, confirmed by appropriate documents (diploma, certificate, confirmation).
Forgiveness for Education in Priority Areas (10%)
Additional forgiveness is granted for education in the areas of:
- Green economy (environmental protection, renewable energy, circular economy)
- Digital transformation (digital competencies, cybersecurity, digitalization)
- Silver economy (solutions for people 50+, healthy aging)
- Accessibility and universal design (solutions for people with disabilities)
Forgiveness for Social Reasons (15%)
Provided for people in difficult financial situations whose income in the previous tax year was lower than 12 times the average monthly salary in the national economy.
Application Process and Collateral
Submitting an Application
The application is conducted entirely online. Each applicant creates an individual account and submits complete documentation in electronic form.
Repayment Collateral
Basic collateral: blank promissory note with promissory declaration
Additional collateral (depending on risk assessment):
- Third-party guarantees
- Real estate mortgage
- Registered pledge
- Bank account fund blocking
Evaluation and Fund Disbursement Process
Application evaluation includes two stages:
- Formal evaluation – checking document completeness and compliance with requirements
- Merit evaluation – creditworthiness analysis and risk assessment
